LOUIS S. SROKA, ESQ graduated from the New York University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.  He received a Masters of Science in Taxation from Long Island University/C.W. Post College.

Mr. Sroka is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Florida and several Federal jurisdictions.   He has litigated in both states at the trial and appellate levels and successfully before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Sroka’s practice focuses on complex divorce and related matrimonial and family matters.   He is an active member of the Matrimonial Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.   Mr. Sroka has spoken many times at seminars, including before the Bar of the City of New York, and has published numerous articles including, “Death, Divorce & Taxes” in the CPA Journal.  His office is in Jericho, New York.
